Customer purchased the item on Saturday 10/7. On Sunday 10/8 they sent an emai saynig 'I made a purchase test and I never received a email about my purchase or a confirmation number and no tracking number the website doesn’t recognize my email'. I personally responded from our work email at 10:35 am stating that it hadn't shipped out yet but that we had recieved the order. Monday, 10/9 was a federaly (USA) recognized holiday, no mail could go out that day and our very small 2 person team had taken the day off. I recieved an email that day saying much of the same thing so I responded at 6:35pm stating 'I think my response last time must have gone to your junk mail. Yes. We received your order. It has not shipped out yet but should shortly.' Yesterday, at 5:39pm we recieved the following email from the customer (Just 1 working business day after order) stating 'Somebody let me know something or is this shit a scam'. Since obviously our emails were going to junk or spam I sent an email from my PERSONAL email trying to bypass the spam filter. The order was shipped out today and recorded this afternoon with tracking information. I dont know what to tell this customer. We went above and beyond to try to communicate with them without success. They did not leave a phone number in the check out process for me to call them.
