These amazing Mechanical Gear Hearts are fully moveable, with each gear rotating when you rotate the outside master gear! Each gear was painstakingly hand designed to create this unique kinetic pendant. These are the first in a series of original designs by Lord and Lady Towers

Payments
Payment is to be made within 72 hours of purchase. We accept Etsy payments only. An item will not ship out until payment has been received. Due to the type of work we do, prices are non negotiable
Shipping from United States
Shipping cost includes handling and material fees. We use USPS for both international and domestic shipping unless there is a faster way to get the product to you. International shipments may take longer to reach you as customs can take a while to process. We try hard to receive tracking numbers for our shipments, but often times in an attempt to keep shipping costs low we may not have a tracking number for smaller items.
Refunds
We pride ourselves in making and selling the best products available. That being said every item marked handmade is a one of a kind unique piece and may vary slightly from what is pictured or described. As these are hand made products it is normal for there to be small defects or errors in the product. That being said if you recieve an item and it is broken or grossly misrepresented we will refund your money upon return of the item. if the item is damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix the item for you if possible or refund you the purchase price upon return of the item. If the item was damaged in shipping we will refund you the purchase amount once USPS refunds us the insurance payment (can take anywhere from 15-30 days). We will not provide refunds for items delayed by usps, or other disaster natural or otherwise. As artisans, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on items at any time. There are not refunds on commission or custom made items.
